IIOT PORTFOLIO DEFINITION
The World’s largest Industrial IoT solution provider was looking for new portfolio elements. I worked with them as a Strategy Advisor to detect trends and identify innovative solutions that make infrastructure connected and intelligent. Thought leadership material, most notably a White Paper was part of my deliverables.
AUTONOMOUS SHUTTLE PROTOTYPE
As Chief Digital Officer at ohmio I led development of backend services for ohmio's Autonomous Shuttle, supported the vehicle engineering team in strategic decisions regarding sensors and compute platform, and set up the AI team. After only six months we presented our prototypes on public roads in Christchurch.
SMARTER CITIES CONSULTING
Trapped between Maritime Alps and the Mediterranean Sea is the beautiful Metropolis Nice Cote d’Azur with heavy transport problems. In a consulting engagement we interviewed stakeholders and identified digital platforms and solutions that foster intermodal transport and we explored options for city congestion charging.
INNOVATION MANAGEMENT FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
For Siemens Mobility I defined and moderated the open innovation process and managed the innovation portfolio. With input from key stakeholders I developed the ‘Future Mobility’ landscape that aligned all initiatives and kept track of emerging technologies and Startups. As senior product owner I was responsible for Siemens' Mobility as a Service platform.
